Plenty of free curbside parking and a shared driveway. Lots of interesting restaurants, fruit and food markets around the corner. 

The House:
Private room w/ ethernet, wireless internet. 
New Sonic ISP with Megabits per Second when connected via ethernet.
New ” flat screen TV w/ Netflix in living room. Washer and dryer in-house. 
Both the living room and the dining room can & have been used as workstations for someone on a laptop.
It’s a really peaceful part of the Sunset where you can hear the ocean on most nights.

You:
No indoor cigarette smoke or pets. 
Looking for a single occupant that is honest, responsible and clean adult that knows how to communicate like an adult.

Roommates:
You’ll be renting an upstairs room in a house and only sharing the upstairs (living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room) with myself, a -year-old male e-commerce professional. 
Downstairs tenant (think separate apartment units where we are in the same house but really live in different apartments) is a -year-old female insurance professional. 

Rent is $ a month, plus utilities.
Utilities are anywhere from $ per person depending on how much energy & water we are using that month.
When roommates conserve & turn off the lights after themselves that number is low.
When roommates don’t conserve & don’t turn off the lights after themselves that number is higher for everyone.

Security deposit is $ (that can be made in installments. I know it is expensive to move and I can work with people on that) 
Looking for at least a 6-month commitment and then we can go from month to month. The room will be scheduled to be available October 8th.
