Hello there! My name is Daniel (I'm on the left in the photo). I own the house and I live on the 2nd floor where I have my own bathroom. I use the main floor for the kitchen, laundry and the common areas. I have a large 4 bed/3 bath home and I am looking for 2 roommates. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is at the end of a dead-end street. Going on walks and bike rides are relaxing and safe. I have two rooms for rent with their own bathroom available April 15th. The least is a 6 month lease and then goes month-to-month.
Your monthly rent is $950 and includes all utilities: water, electricity and internet. You have access to the entire main floor this big house. The living room, kitchen, laundry, dining room, big back porch with back yard, front porch and your own parking spot are all yours. You will rent the Master Bedroom with private bath or one of the other bedrooms downstairs that use the hallway bath. The hallway bath is yours alone, my guests will use my bathroom upstairs. Each roommate's guests will use their respective bathrooms. What type of roommate am I looking for? It will be a great fit if you are respectful, social, kind and responsible about rent and bills. In the past, the roommates I've enjoyed the most have been around my age, clean with dishes and cooking, and down to have a good time (i.e. have a beer or two and chill). A little more about me: I'm 28 years old, male, and I work at a software company in town. I am very clean, respectful and I work 9-5 during the week, so I lay pretty low during the week. I like to go out on the weekends for dinner and drinks with friends. I am also very active (running/cycling/hiking).
